(b) Vehicular homicide is punishable by a period of incarceration of 6 months and a fine of $500 or both such fine and imprisonment. 15-13.21 Vehicular Assault. (a) A person is guilty of vehicular assault if he/she operates or drives any vehicle: (1) In a reckless manner, and this conduct is the proximate cause of serious bodily injury to another; or (2) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, as defined by section 153.01, and this conduct is the proximate cause of serious bodily injury to another. (b) "Serious bodily injury" means bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, serious permanent disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any part or organ of the body. (c) Vehicular assault is punishable by incarceration for 6 months; a fine of $500, or both such fine and imprisonment. 15-13.23 Suspension or Revocation of Driving Privileges upon the Reservation. The Tribal Court may suspend the driving privileges of any person convicted of 15-13.01, 15-13.02, 15-13.04 or 15-13.05 as follows: 15-13.01 2d offense within 3 years a 1-year suspension. 15-13.02 3rd offense within 2 years a 2-year suspension. 15-13.04 6 months suspension. 15-13.05 12 months suspension. 15-13.09 suspension for 10 years. 15-13.10 suspension for 5 years. 153 Revised Spokane Law & Order Code, 5/14/2013
