(a) Until the Board adopts personnel policies, the personnel policies of the Tribal government shall
govern the employment conditions of the persons employed by Spokane Tribe Enterprises.
(b) Until the Board adopts purchasing, travel, and other desired policies, the associated policies of
the Tribal government shall govern the policy conditions of the Enterprise.
