These plants will be crushed on a rock and soaked in the water to
"intoxicate" (weaken) the fish in the river. The strength of the tobah can
reach up to two miles and will neutralize itself (no poison) so that fishes
will not be killed. All of these plants come from the forest and have been
tested and proven to have no ill effects when eaten since our ancestors’
time.

If the resource collection exceeds the Tavol area, then action must be
taken against the person who is in charge of that Tavol according to village
customs.
