(a) Each licensee shall obtain, maintain and keep current a copy of the Gaming Code and
regulations promulgated thereunder, which shall be located at the premises used for the conduct
of a licensed activity.
(b) The Code and regulations shall be produced by the licensee and shown to any person upon
demand. That the licensee may not have a current copy of the Code, or each of the rules of the
Commission, shall not in any way diminish the licensee's obligation to abide by the Code and
regulations.
(c) The Commission shall provide, at no cost, copies of the Code and regulations, and amendments
thereto, to each licensee.
12-10.03 Compliance with Other Laws. The construction, maintenance and operation of any facility in which
gaming activities are to take place shall be in a manner, which adequately protects the environment and the
public health and safety and shall comply with any otherwise applicable Tribal and federal laws relating to
environmental protection and public health and safety.
23-10.04 Amendments.
(a) All provisions of this Gaming Code are subject to amendment by a majority of both the
Commission and the Spokane Tribal Council.
(b) All regulations promulgated by the Commission are subject to proper revision, repeal, or
amendment by the Commission and the Spokane Tribal Council.
23-10.05 Severability. If any provision of this Code, or its application to any purpose or circumstance, is
held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the full remainder of the provision, or the application of the
provision through another person or circumstance, shall not be affected.
