Use community halls, schools, clinics, and churches or places of worship to distribute information and hold meetings. Be consistent with the information you provide. If you don’t know an answer, be honest and offer to find out more. Consult as widely as possibly within the community. This could include holding meetings with specific groups such as married women, youth, and male elders. Seek insights from CBOs, NGOs, and any other actors working with the community. Work with an initial group to outline and discuss a process for undertaking a protocol and rules of engagement.
