Transport and Export
53.
Kitsumkalum Members may, in accordance with:
a)
Federal Law and Provincial Law; and
b)
Kitsumkalum Law under paragraph 35,
transport Wildlife or Wildlife parts, including meat, harvested under the Kitsumkalum Right to
Harvest Wildlife.
54.
Any export of Wildlife or Wildlife parts, including meat or fur harvested under the
Kitsumkalum Right to Harvest Wildlife will be in accordance with Federal Law and Provincial
Law.
