Section 5-1 Jurisdiction
5-1.01 Jurisdiction. The Spokane Tribal Court may regulate the distribution of a decedent's estate provided:
(a) that such estate consists solely of non-trust personal property including fixtures attached to
Indian Trust lands belonging to the decedent, but not included in the probate covering said trust
lands;
